Any initial estimates or pricing information provided through our website or during consultations are approximate and may change based on the final scope of work, material selection, and site conditions. A formal written agreement will be provided before work begins. After that agreement is signed, added charges require a customer-requested scope change or a concealed condition that could not reasonably have been identified during the in-home assessment.

5. Five-Year Flooring Guarantee

Unless a written project agreement states otherwise, new flooring materials supplied and installed by Longwood Flooring Company are covered for five years from project completion against verified defects in the supplied materials or our installation workmanship. For a covered claim, we will repair or replace the affected flooring, at our option. Covered materials and labor are provided at no charge.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, shade or texture variation, misuse, accidents, pet damage, improper care, flooding or moisture not caused by our work, structural or subfloor movement outside our scope, or work performed or altered by others. The original customer must notify us promptly, provide reasonable access for an inspection, and follow the care instructions supplied with the flooring. The signed project agreement controls if its terms differ from this website summary.
