Frequently Asked Questions

Can my project really start at $997?

Small flooring projects can. Your total depends on the size of the space, flooring selection, existing floor, prep and installation needs. The free in-home estimate gives you a written price for your specific project.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We bring flooring samples, measure your rooms and provide a written quote at no charge. Requesting an estimate does not commit you to buying flooring.

Do I need measurements or a color picked out?

No. We measure during the visit, and you can compare samples in your own home before choosing a floor.

Do you serve my area?

We serve Longwood and surrounding Central Florida communities, including Lake Mary, Sanford, Winter Springs, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Oviedo, Maitland and Orlando. Enter your home address so we can confirm service when we call.

What happens after I submit?

Our team will call to discuss your flooring project and arrange your free in-home visit. We’ll confirm the appointment with you before coming out.

Do I have to move the furniture or remove carpet?

We move normal furniture and remove and haul away carpet for free. We’ll review the work your home needs during the visit and include the details in your quote.
