This price is locked when your measurements and answers are accurate, the project scope does not change, and standard site conditions are confirmed. Major slab repair, moisture remediation, asbestos, plumbing or appliance work, permits, and special-order materials are outside this quote. We’ll verify your answers before scheduling.
